I am Spring Rayne Paone. I am a Gluten Free, Vegan, Raw Food Chef. I grew up in Orlando, FL and have been challenged with many allergies and sensitivities from a young age. It forced me to be conscious about what I put into my body and to always be researching new data.
In 2012, I was met with a new health challenge. I had been diagnosed with four kinds of Cancer. My Doctor advised me to do a strong detox consisting of all vegan, gluten free, raw food diet, and some herbs. I then took my camper and headed to the mountains of Tennessee. After a two-month detox in solitude, I came back home to Florida, cancer free! During my healing process, I wrote my 1st Cookbook called, Eat Conscious and Be Merry! A Guide to True Gluten Free Healthy Recipes.
It is my dream to open a Healing retreat center in the NC mountains. My desire is to help heal people holistically through teaching them diet, exercise, plants, and relaxation skills.

Camille AKA The Hippiebanker
Hey, I’m Camille a/k/a Hippiebanker and I’m on a mission to raise awareness that spirituality not only belongs in the workplace but is necessary there. I believe deep down we all want to make a difference, and we can do that right from our desks at work!
A little about me: Let’s start with my “hippie” credentials. I’m a Certified Meditation Instructor, Holistic Life Coach, Assertiveness Coach, Angel Card Reader, and all around Spiritual Activist.
And then there’s work. I’ve been a banker/branch manager of a large financial institution for 18 years. I have always lead by LOVE instead of fear. I infuse the concepts of spirituality (compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, tolerance, peace, and love) into all my meetings and daily coaching sessions. To that end, I’ve won numerous awards, both in profitability as well as the customer and employee experience.

Cristina dos Santos
Cristina dos Santos is a yoga instructor and intuitive healer who utilizes yoga, Reiki, Ayurveda, and prayer in her approach to holistic wellness. These modalities became integral parts of Cristina’s holistic wellness regimen beginning in 2007.
Through all seasons of life, yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki gave Cristina the tools and strength she needed allow her body, mind, and spirit to heal from a place of love. Cristina’s experience of immense healing on and off her mat led to finding her heart’s mission to help others in the same way.
Cristina’s Ayurveda and Reiki studies began in 2007 under a mentor, and she completed her first 200 hour Yoga teacher training in 2014. Most recently, Cristina lived abroad and obtained her additional 500 hour certification in yoga’s birthplace: Rishikesh, India.
While completing her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs at Rollins College, Cristina had the opportunity to study global human trafficking in depth. It was there that she realized that her true calling remains in holistic health – helping trauma victims heal through her approach to holistic wellness, including yoga therapy.
Having experienced first-hand the wondrous healing of yoga, it is her goal to share with others the same tools she found on her mat years ago. Cristina emphasizes the importance of love, kindness, and compassion for self and others in each of her classes, encouraging students toward a place of deep inner peace and oneness.
Cristina loves leading both domestic and international retreats, but she can usually be found teaching, healing, and smiling around Central Florida.
